Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Onboard new restaurant partners
– Monitor restaurant and menu data within the operational platforms
– Execute the workflow according to set priorities and deadlines
– Ensure quality and accuracy of all data entries into the respective systems
– Ensure internal team quality KPIs are met
Interact with restaurants to establish menu listing requirements, Interact with Mr D account management representatives
Ad Hoc team projects, Make recommendations to improve processes and system enhancements, Interact with the Takealot Delivery Network team regarding the coordination of go-live dates of new delivery hubs
Attributes required:
– Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment
– Ability to prioritize workloads
– Ability to work independently but also be a team player across teams
– A strong working knowledge of Excel
– Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
– Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English
– Must be able to work overtime when required

Qualifications:
– Matric
– Tertiary qualification (Not essential)
– A minimum 1 to 2 years in e-commerce or a similar role
