– Ensure the correct use of product holding outfit in respect of holding times and temperatures
– Follow all standard procedures and schedules for drawing and sanitizing food drug and storage areas rig and implements
– Capture product drug information and monitor product quality by checking and acting upon expiration dates and times for products
– Be hung up about product quality by icing product is set and served to guests as per KFC morals and every customer is satisfied
