Purpose Statement
Coordinate the branch flux through effective line functioning, furnishing excellent client service and abetting guests at the ATM and to complete deals on any remote or tone- service channels. In doing so, Gain the knowledge, chops and experience demanded for service consulting.
Minimum Experience
No experience demanded but individual conditions to hold a Grade 12 National Certificate
Some client service experience within a retail/ financial/ banking terrain
Qualifications(Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate/ Vocational
Qualifications( Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge
Introductory calculations
– How to engage with people
– Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn.
Knowledge of bank branch surroundings
Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes( internal)
Computer knowledge( MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Interpersonal & Relationship operation
Conditions of Employment

Must have fingerprints which are sensible/ recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
