Transnet Port Worker needed immediately – SAYOUTH CAREERS
Position Purpose
The provision of labour as directed by administrator in order to insure a safe and clean working terrain or optimised weight operation.
Position Labors
• drawing of functional outfit( similar as boat to reinforcement cranes’ windows; cranes’ cabins; etc.)
• examination of vessel condition
• Reefer monitoring operations
• Opening and ending of rail carts twist- cinches
• lading out- loading and loosening of weight in compliance of standard operating procedures
• Hooking/ unhooking
• Tarping/ untarping where applicable
• Place/ spread dunnage
• drawing of functional areas, rail exchanges, factory, shops, services, shanties and ablution installations as instructed.
• Complete applicable attestation i.e. accident reports
• Identification of correct weight handling outfit/ gear
Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12/ NQF 04
• Minimum of 1 year applicable experience OR
• Grade 10/ NQF 02
• Minimum of 2 years applicable experience

• mound Positions Chops needed
