Duties & liabilities
– Oversees and coordinate the diurnal workings of specialised cleaning operations.
– Responsible to maintain and deliver specialised drawing services of a high standard to guests.
Operations and Service Delivery
– Contract retention through maintaining excellent service norms, relating and mollifying the threat of cancellation and structure strong customer connections with crucial customer connections.
– Managing company means by performing yearly spot checks on high value particulars. When checking means insure that outfit is kept in a good condition and repaired and serviced when needed.
– Effective use and updating of electronic operation/ tools issued by the company.

Communication

– Responsible to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
Labour operation
– With reference to reclamation and new movables , programs, procedures and deadlines to be stuck to.
– To hold regular performance appraisals with all operation staff reporting to you, identify areas for development and training requirements.
– Insure that the content of labor force lines are over to date as per company policy.
Health and Safety
– Insure that all OHS act( Occupational Health and Safety) conditions are stuck to for point specific conditions in line with company programs, quality programmes and legislation.
– Understand guests point specific health & safety conditions, produce safety to enable the inception of work.
Unit Finances
– Insure the specialised division is operating within the popular guidelines with reference to labour, capital asset deprecation and conservation, chemical and consumable spent and other charges.
– Insure correct billing and analysis of yearly fiscal results during fiscal sign off of trading accounts to identify any problematic areas andpro-actively take applicable corrective action. give correct and valid reasons in unit finances along with the necessary recovery within a reasonable time period.
– Continually identify eventuality of fresh business within being contracts and One- off drawing openings.
General
– To insure that the company’s objects are achieved.
– To apply and manage enterprise and objects as set out from time to time by our guests and/ or Tsebo Management and to support functions similar as Quality( Star Grading), Procurement, Training or HR.
– Insure that statutory/ legal conditions are rigorously stuck to.

Capabilities
Minimum of 2 years experience in a analogous terrain on middle operation position.
– Experience in managing people and a large customer portfolio.
