Duties & liabilities

– Oversees and coordinate the diurnal workings of specialised cleaning operations.
– Responsible to maintain and deliver specialised drawing services of a high standard to guests.

Operations and Service Delivery

– Contract retention through maintaining excellent service norms, relating and mollifying the threat of cancellation and structure strong customer connections with crucial customer connections.
– Managing company means by performing yearly spot checks on high value particulars. When checking means insure that outfit is kept in a good condition and repaired and serviced when needed.

– Insure correct billing and analysis of yearly fiscal results during fiscal sign off of trading accounts to identify any problematic areas andpro-actively take applicable corrective action. give correct and valid reasons in unit finances along with the necessary recovery within a reasonable time period.
– Continually identify eventuality of fresh business within being contracts and One- off drawing openings.

General

– To insure that the company’s objects are achieved.

– Insure that statutory/ legal conditions are rigorously stuck to.

Capabilities

Minimum of 2 years experience in a analogous terrain on middle operation position.
– Experience in managing people and a large customer portfolio.
