– Feedback to be transferred to Admin Manager & any disagreement reported

Ensure diurnal duties as per Storeroom canon is stuck to

– Insure all cover’s are captured & Click Collect parcels progressed stickers are completed & pasted on Click & Collect parcels insure all Click & Collect parcels are scrutinized same day as delivery
insure delivery note of Click & Collect is passed onto Showroom Salvage staff to communicate guests for collection diurnal insure that Storeroom housekeeping norms are kept insure all GR’s are reckoned & transferred to HCDC diurnal insure all communication regarding stock is posted to HCDC & Showroom Management
– Ensure Security is present when deliveries take place insure that security girding opening and ending procedure is stuck to as well as security in general is constantly communicated to staff, run yearly exigency procedures to insure staff are equipped to deal with any security issues

Administration & Reporting

– Receipting deliveries from DC
– Receipting goods return with Security
– Liaising with Admin Manager on Parcels for Click & Collect
– Overseeing stock transfers to and from the DC as per policy, insure Stock Take are completed regularly in line with set KPA’s

Conditions

– Grade 12/ Matric( minimal needed)
2- 5 Times experience in retail
– Must be available to work shifts, weekends and public leaves
– Working in the homewares retail assiduity would be profitable
