Introduction
Phakisa effects is presently seeking a Procurement Expeditor in the Secunda area.
Responsible for managing and organising the acticities involved with the identification, accession, product and disribution of the goods that a company provides to there guests.
Generally begin with the accession of raw resuorces and ends with delivery of the final goods to guests.
Duties & liabilities
Manage the expediting process in the Procurement Function from order placement to damage of goods and services through integration and the use of systems enablers.
Support of day- to- day business conditioning with regard to pastoral functions within procurement operation( expediting, commitment account and data clean-up exercises). Unblocking of purchase importunities( PRs) after needed checks are completed.
Manage Supply Chain Health Checks( Unactioned PRs, Unreleased PRs, Overdue Reservations, Unreleased Service Entries, all Overdue Purchase Orders,etc.)
– Expedite breakdowns PRs to insure delivery and help end- stoner with PR changes.
– Expedite Turnaround and arrestment material and services are delivered on time( OTIF).
probe and Resolve force Chain queries.
Expedite accoutrements and service delivery grounded on demand signal for running factory. Resolve Supply Chain functional Remedy calls. Grease Ariba query resolution. Insure diurnal operation of PRs created( Integration with Planning). Grease commerce on service delivery from Supply Chain functions. Coordinate with platoon members to agree on expediting and delivery schedules. Resolve complaints, claims, and general queries between operations and suppliers.

Wanted Experience & Qualification
Must have the capability to communicate, negotiate and coordinate events with business mates and service enterprises in variety of sectors, including manufacturing, transportation and warehousing. Information operation and disctribution operation are also important aspects of the job.
– Grade 12
– SAP experience
– Excel experience
