Purpose of the job
To enhance Pep’s pool capabilities aligning with our BBBEE objects and icing that our pistols are continuously entering the necessary training and development for the success in their places. grease the progression and development of critical and necessary chops within Pep SA which is aligned to the Chops Development Strategy, the National Chops Act as well as B- BBEE Chops Development pillar. To insure that training enterprise address the scarce chops linked by the W&R SETA where possible.
Liabilities
● Develop and apply a comprehensive training and chops development strategy that aligns with the company’s pretensions and BBBEE conditions.
● unite with department heads to identify training requirements, performance gaps, and chops openings
● Content Development by Overseeing the design and creating training accoutrements , modules, and coffers that are engaging, instructional, and aligned with assiduity stylish practices in agreement with business requirements.
● Manage delivery and training facilitation
● Manage the fiscal performance of Training and Development
● Manage the functional performance of Training and Development
● Develop and maintain Chops Development Strategy in discussion with PS Leadership.
● Integrate Chops Development strategy with the National Chops Act and W&R SETA scarce chops needs.
● Cover all types of training handed at the company for compliance to BBBEE, EE Development.

Conditions
Needed Knowledge, Capabilities
● Training or applicable qualification;
● Minimum is Grade 10 to 12, Experience not required.
● Knowledge of BBBEE precedence element development
● Accreditation of leadership programs.
● Working knowledge of W&R SETA and it’s programs
● Legislative conditions applicable to literacy and development
● Full diapason of literacy and development process
● Capabilities needed Presenting, Structuring, Cooperation, Motivating, conclusiveness, Initiative, Service acquainted, Helicopter view.
