Job Description
Your day- to- day duties will include
Constantly apply Safety & Health principles in all platoon relations and take particular responsibility for safety of tone and others to insure zero detriment and elimination of losses.
Act as a part model and support a plant culture where safety and health for the point is consummate.
Identify specific pitfalls within working area and cleave to discipline-specific plans system to avoid these pitfalls.
Perform diurnal planning of conditioning and tasks to insure timeous completion of tasks according to unit specific procedures.
Verification of customer’s attestation similar as medical booking slip and ID.
Registration of guests for medical surveillance.
Printing of road charts for guests.
Scanning and attaching of customer information onto electronic customer lines.
Lines correspondence, documents, reports and any other applicable attestation and maintains an effective form system according to the department’s departmental procedure.
Completes forms in terms of the background of the customer on specified forms and forwards similar forms to the applicable Occupational Therapist/ driver who returns the forms to the contestant once the test has been completed in order to capture results on the applicable database.

Captures customer information and results on the RFA software system for recuperation, functional- and physical work capacity.
Enrollments, processing of data tasks also related to Vocational Rehabilitation.
help the Occupational Therapist with conducting the prescribed work exertion and recuperation programs, by covering guests during sessions.
Acts as translator between the customer and other RFA labor force where possible/ necessary.
