Role: Work from Home Customer Service Associate
Job Type: Seasonal – 3 months
Pay Rate: R 67.35 per hour
Location: Work from home in South Africa (Western Province, Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Northern Cape and North West)

What will you do as a client Service Associate?
As an Amazon client Service Associate, you have a veritably clear purpose to help issues, break queries, and delight our guests. You’ll be the first point of contact for our North American and UK guests by answering their requests through phone, converse and/ or dispatch – this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our client Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, exploration, and review results, and communicate effectively with guests.
What are your hours?
This part requires working variable hours to match when guests need us most. You’ll work overnight/ day/ late shifts and your work week is minimal 40 hours for illustration 4x10hrs or 5x8hrs. In order to match our client demand, we record grounded on a variety of different shift patterns operating of 24 hours Sunday to Monday. You’ll admit your work schedule at least 2 weeks in advance and your shifts may change every couple of weeks. You may be needed to work public leaves and will be compensated consequently. You’ll learn further about your exact schedule closer to your launch date.
What qualifications do we need from you?
Minimum age 18 years
Have the right to work in South Africa
We bear campaigners to have completed an NQF position 4 qualification or a Grade 12 qualification or advanced. An overall minimum of 50 is needed, as well as a minimum of 50 in English
Strong communication chops in English( both written and oral ignorance)
Experience working with a computer
The vacuity to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday operating within 24 hours
Amenability and capability to work in rotating shifts( i.e. beforehand, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as needed)
You will need a quiet, distraction free work space( devoted office space with a office and president)
