Position Overview:

As a Deals Assistant at Studio 88 Group of Companies, you’ll be an integral part of the retail platoon, furnishing support in delivering excellent client service, driving deals, and maintaining store norms. You’ll help guests in chancing products, processing deals, and icing a positive shopping experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Grade 11 or original.

Experience needed

– Experience original to 1- 2 times in a deals terrain.
– Former experience in a retail terrain, especially in apparel stores, will be profitable.
– Proven capability to meet or exceed deals targets.
– Experience in furnishing support to the deals platoon, similar as restocking vesture, folding and organizing apparel, and maintaining a clean and orderly store terrain.
– Proficiency in handling cash, processing deals, and using point- of- trade( POS) systems.
– Inventory Control Familiarity with stock control procedures organizing storages, and conducting spot checks.

– Strong interpersonal and client service are essential for furnishing excellent service to guests, aiding with inquiries, and resolving client issues.
– Upselling andCross-Selling Capability to suggest reciprocal products or upsell to guests.
– Have a good understanding of apparel products, brands, sizes, and fashion trends to help guests effectively.
– Introductory knowledge of visual retailing principles to help maintain store displays, arrange wares, and keep the store visually appealing.
– Strong verbal and spoken communication for interacting with guests, staff, and operation.
– Capability to make and maintain client connections to encourage regular deals.
