Position: Purpose
The purpose of the Young Professional in Training Programme is to develop a channel for pivotal places within Transnet Port Stations( TPT) through a structured 24- month training programme. The programme seeks to place Young Professional in specific areas within TPT according to their academic background, career aspirations and business conditions.
Position
Follow a structure training programme
• Undergo performance reviews and assessments every 6( six) months
• Submit monthly reports
• Perform all duties as contained in his/ her development programme, as well as which he she may nicely be demanded to
perform by Transnet Port Stations
Qualifications & Experience
– Corporate Affairs
– ND Digital Marketing/ Public Relations/ Dispatches
continuous improvement
– ND/Degree Industrial Engineering
Capabilities
– Must have below average computer chops
– Capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
– Must have good administration and organisation chops and the capability to handle multiple tasks
– Capability to conduct disquisition
– Capability to perform within an integrated team terrain
-Good interpersonal chops
– Professional station and a amenability to learn
-Good time operation, Preference will be given to Nelson Mandela Metro.
